Breakfast As house guests, you will enjoy an elegant full breakfast for two at your own private table, beautifully set with silver, crystal and heirloom antique china. An outstanding three course full breakfast, with choice of hot main dishes, is served daily from 8:00 until 9:30 a.m. Light fare (cereal, muffins, juice, coffee, etc.) can also be made available before 8:00 a.m. Help yourself to early morning coffee and tea starting at 7:00 a.m. Breakfast is included in the price of your room. Menus change daily. Sample menus are available here. Dinner Our elegant prix fixe dinner is available only for groups and private parties of at least six persons by advance reservation. Selected by the inn's professional chef, each course is a surprise for guests, and the entire evening is an adventure in gourmet dining. The inn has full beverage service and an excellent selection of wines to enhance your dining experience. Special dietary needs are almost never a problem to accommodate, as long as we are notified in advance. Request for a vegetarian meal should be made at the time the dinner reservation is made, and dinner reservations should be made well in advance of your stay. Menus change daily. Sample menus are available here. Area Restaurants Ludlow has several excellent restaurants. Within a short walk are Cappuccino's Restaurant, D.J.'s Restaurant, and The Pot Belly Pub and Restaurant. Within a mile from the inn you will find Archie's Steak House, The Killarney Irish Pub, Pannarello's Fine Italian Restaurant, and Sam's Steakhouse. Just down the road are the very popular Harry's Mount Holly Cafe and the brand new Bella Luna, a beautiful, Italian restaurant with terrific ambiance and food. If you're going to be out and about at dinner time, we can suggest Hemingway's Restaurant - in Killington, (25 minute drive), The Prince and the Pauper in Woodstock (about 35 minutes away) or Simon Pearce in Quechee (about 45 minutes from the inn).
