Innkeeping – a View from the “INNside”
This program provides an excellent overview of important
aspects of owning and operating a bed and breakfast – from
the perspective of veteran innkeepers Cathy and Jim
Kubec. It is limited to one person (or one couple)
at a time to allow for individual attention and exclusive
access to the innkeepers.
About the innkeepers:
Jim and Cathy Kubec left their professional careers
in the corporate world over ten years ago to
follow their dream of having their own business.
They chose innkeeping as both a lifestyle and a
career. They love their lifestyle choice, their
inn and innkeeping! They are pleased to share their
expertise, including lessons learned from the challenges
they have faced along the way. If you’re thinking
about such an adventure, and if you want a genuine
look at the experience of innkeeping, this seminar
is for you!
Seminar Includes:
-Two nights accommodations in deluxe guest room with
fireplace, TV, and private bath
-Gourmet breakfast each day
-Lunch
-Afternoon Tea
-All materials and handouts
Note: The seminar will begin with a brief introductory session on the evening of your arrival, and will conclude in the early afternoon (after lunch) on the final day. There will not be sufficient time for sightseeing during the seminar. However, if you would like to extend your stay to visit the area, we would be pleased to offer you a discounted room rate for the additional nights accommodations.
