Rates and Lodging

All room rates include afternoon tea and a full breakfast. Room rates vary by season, by the types of amenities the rooms include, and by the number of nights that you stay. Packages are available.

All rooms are air conditioned and have private baths. There is free wireless internet access throughout the inn. Other features vary by room - Traditional, Deluxe, Superior, and the Suite - as described in the table below. Our guest rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of two persons.

Check In is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Please call if you will arrive after 7:00 pm.
Check Out is 11:00 am.
The inn is not recommended for children twelve and under.
There is no smoking allowed within the building.
Although we do love animals, pets are not permitted at the inn.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Please note our reservation and cancellation policy, as it is a vital part of the management of a small bed and breakfast inn.

A full deposit is required for a single-night stay. Longer stays require a 50% deposit. (Some special packages may require a full deposit).

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. In the event of cancellation of a stay, advance deposits will be refunded according to the following schedule, which is based upon the date notice of cancellation is received and confirmed by the inn. There is a MINIMUM cancellation fee of $25, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

A refund of the initial deposit (minus a $25 cancellation fee) will be given for any reservation cancelled more than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.

A refund of Seventy-five percent of the deposit will be given by the inn for a cancellation which occurs more than 3 days but 14 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date.

There is no refund of deposit for any cancellation which occurs three days or less prior to the confirmed arrival date.

Payment

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as personal or travelers checks. 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals Tax will be added to your bill.
