There is no smoking allowed within the building. Although we do love animals, pets are not permitted at the inn. Room Descriptions Take a brief tour of our antique furnished accommodations. . All guest rooms have private baths. Reservation and Cancellation Policy Please note our reservation and cancellation policy, as it is a vital part of the management of a small country inn. A full deposit is required for a single-night stay. Longer stays require a 50% deposit. (Some special packages may require a full deposit). Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. In the event of cancellation of a stay, advance deposits will be refunded according to the following schedule, which is based upon the date notice of cancellation is received and confirmed by the inn. There is a MINIMUM cancellation fee of $25, regardless of the reason for cancellation. A refund of the initial deposit (minus a $25 cancellation fee) will be given for any reservation cancelled at least 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date. Twenty-five percent of the deposit will be retained by the inn for a cancellation which occurs at least 3 days but less than 14 days perior to confirmed arrival date. There is no refund of deposit for any cancellation which occurs less than three days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
