Rates: Vermont Rooms Tax of nine percent is added to all rates. We never add service fees or gratuities to your bill.
Extra Person in Room: For safety and comfort, we strictly adhere to our licensed limit of two guests per room. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave the Inn immediately with no refund being given. All children over the age of 2 are included in this policy. Children 2 years and under are allowed to stay in the same room as their parents and incur an “extra person” fee of $25 per night.
Reservation Deposit: Please be aware that different reservation deposits might be required based on the booking channel you used. For bookings made on our website, a one-night’s fee deposit is automatically charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. Your balance may be paid by credit card, cash or check upon arrival at the Inn. If no payment method is specified during your check-in we will charge the credit card used to make the reservation.
Cancellations by guests: Please be aware that cancellation policies might be different based on the booking channel you used. For bookings made on our website, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date result in a refund of your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee (plus tax). Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date but more than a day before your arrival will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit. The last chance to cancel a reservation is on the day before the arrival day. If a reservation is not cancelled in time the credit card on file will be charged for the balance of the stay and the balance for the whole stay becomes non-refundable. No one likes to cancel; everyone has an unhappy reason. We are a small business and we don’t have the flexibility of big hotels. Please respect our cancellation policy.
Cancellations by the Inn: We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time.
Check-In/ Check-Out: Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. Please plan your travels accordingly and speak to the Innkeepers in advance if further flexibility is needed.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome but should never be left unattended at any time. Children over the age of 2 are counted in the head-count for maximum room occupancy.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the Inn. Smokers are required to use the front outside areas to fill their smoking needs. Please dispose of your waste responsibly.
Canabis: The consumption of Cannabis products is prohibited on the premises, inside and outside. This is Vermont law.
Smoking & Canabis: Violaters of the smoking and/or canabis rules will be asked to leave the premises immediately. No refunds will be given. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 or higher will be added to the reservation charges.
Pets: We ask that you leave your pets at home when you visit.
